Apigee API Management Service

The Apigee service component provisions the Google Cloud projects, networking, and CI/CD repository for the platform's central Apigee API management environment.

Architecture​

  • GCP Projects: Dedicated projects per environment (development, staging, production) configured for Apigee runtime instances, Service Networking peering, and Cloud KMS CMEK encryption.
  • CI/CD Repository: Dedicated repository (uk-dvt-gcloud-apigee-iac) for managing Apigee organizations, environments, proxies, and developer portals.
  • Shared Service Integration: Exposes Apigee runtime service accounts and environment identifiers for downstream agent and service integration.
